Gospel Meetings

Our Gospel meetings take place every Sunday evening from 7:00 p.m  to 8:00 p.m unless prevented by extreme weather conditions. All are welcome.

What to expect

Two or three hymns may be sung before the preaching.  The preaching is based on the commandment by the Lord Jesus.  And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15).

God’s desire is that every person should be saved and no one should perish. The dangers of eternal damnation because of unbelief are real. This is why we continue to proclaim the Good News of salvation.

Because we are living in the days of grace and want to provide an opportunity for everyone to hear the Gospel, we hold these meetings regularly and they are free. No collections are ever made in these meetings.

The preaching is based on the Word of God. The Lord Jesus is at the center of our preaching. He is highly esteemed as God’s Son. The preachers explain the work He did to save sinners as well as the responsibility of everyone to make a personal decision to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour. The Death of the Lord Jesus on the cross for sinners is at the center of every message as it was during the time of the Apostles.

We believe that man’s need has not changed from the time the Lord Jesus walked on earth. For this reason the message we preach remains the same as preached by the apostles. We preach and emphasize the same message in the Word of God as preached  in the days of the  early church.

The preachers emphasize to the listeners of the dangers of failing to heed God’s offer of salvation, but individuals are left to make a well informed decision. We do not apply pressure. A person must accept willingly and knowingly of God’s offer of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.  The dangers of procrastination are also emphasized.

Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation(2 Corinthians 6:2).

Those who come to a personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ may join the fellowship of believers after baptism .

Even if you are a Christian, there is encouragement and rejoicing in hearing the Gospel. Consider bringing  your friends and  associates. Personal invitations to Gospel meetings have brought more people to hear the Gospel message and ultimately unto salvation than any other means. Below are some messages that have been presented during a Gospel Series.

In conclusion we would like to welcome you to our Gospel meetings every Sunday from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
